1 pck Dried Banana Blooms
6 pcs Bay leaves
1 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup White Vinegar
4 Cups Water
1 tbs Black Peppercorn
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
